Isteri kepada pelakon Hafidz Roshdi iaitu Nurul Shuhada melahirkan rasa syukur apabila siasatan terhadapnya atas dakwaan sengaja menggugurkan kandungan akhirnya sudah selesai dan keputusan berpihak kepadanya.
Shuhada menerusi kenyataan di Instagram berkata tuduhan Hafidz terhadapnya itu tidak betul malah suaminya juga enggan menceritakan hal sebenar.
“Alhamdulilah. Siasatan dah selesai. Tak ada kes. Ada beberapa laporan polis dibuat terhadap Shu untuk isu keguguran ni.
Biasanya orang buat laporan, biasa tujuannya hendak polis ambil tindakan dan tangkap.
INI RESPOND SHUHADA SELEPAS POLIS SAHKAN KEGUGURAN ITU BUKAN SENGAJA
“Bila tak ada kes. Maknanya tuduhan Hafidz kata Shu tak jaga baik-baik. Konon-konon sengaja. Tak betul.
Tak tepat. Bukan takat satu laporan, lebih. Entah apa niatnya? Shu ni dah sampai tahap reda saja.
“Buatlah apa nak buat. Hadap je semua. Waktu Hafidz bagi statement dekat media. Shu tak boleh komen, siasatan tengah jalan. Jadi hari ini sah, Shu tak salah.
Shu balas komen Hafidz berikan dekat media fasal keguguran. Berat sebelah dan tak ceritakan hal sebenar,” katanya.
Tambah Shu lagi, Hafidz sebenarnya langsung tidak mengambil berat mengenai keadaan kandungan dan dua orang anak mereka.
“Penjelasan Shu ini bukan ikut skrip, fakta sebenar. Hafidz kata ‘jaga kandungan, saya akan bertanggungjawab’.
Anak-anak sedia ada ni pun sudah berapa bulan tak bayar nafkah. Waktu raya pun terpaksa minta, baru dibayar. Entahlah, apa yang dia maksudkan bertanggungjawab.
“Lepas dimaklumkan tentang kandungan pun, tak tanya khabar. Walaupun dia tahu keadaan Shu yang alami tekanan.
Kami dah bercerai betul. Tapi kalau dia betul risau fasal kandungan dan tak nak apa-apa jadi. Atleast tunjuklah ambil berat. Bukan takat cerita pada media.
“Bila Hafidz kata ‘Hafidz suruh dia jaga kandungan-kandungan baik-baik’.
Maaflah, tak sama dengan apa yang awak kata bila awak minta saya tarik balik laporan polis.
Fakta awak tak sama dengan apa yang awak ceritakan. Mudah bagi awak, tak ada dalam tempat saya.
“Tak dikhianati, tak dipukul dan tak mengandung dengan tekanan yang berlaku. Mengandung bukanlah proses yang senang. Ada orang ok. Ada orang teruk alahan. Tambah pulak tekanan macam-macam. Shu ni, hari-hari berjuang nak bagi kuat semangat,” ujarnya.
Dalam pada itu, Shuhada turut menegaskan dia mempunyai bukti kukuh iaitu laporan daripada doktor yang mengesahkan keguguran yang dialaminya itu disebabkan oleh tekanan.
“Tak apa. Shu ada laporan doktor yang Shu gugur akibat tekanan. Shu ada bukti laporan perubatan keadaan Shu dan macam situasi yang dia letakkan sebabkan Shu alami tekanan. Biar bukti yang sokong Shu dan bukan skrip yang dia reka.
“Dia mana faham, tak duduk tempat Shu. Dia tak rasa akibat perbuatan dia, Shu alami semua ni. Dia bukan mangsa dan tak juga dimangsakan. Jadi berhenti macam dimangsakan. Apa entah lagi tindakan lepas ni.
“Episod Mahkamah Syariah yang panjang. Entah apa lagi report polis yang akan datang. Shu hadap je semua. Waktu kes jenayah bermula, dia nak dapatkan laporan mental sebagai pembelaan. Sekarang ni, macam-macam strategi. Shu hadap semua. Shu reda, Allah Lebih Tahu,” katanya.
Terdahulu, pelakon Hafidz Roshdi telah membuat dua kali laporan polis terhadap Nurul Shuhada atas dakwaan isterinya sengaja menggugurkan anak ketiga mereka.
Hafidz turut mendakwa dia mempunyai bukti Nurul Shuhada ada memintanya duit untuk kos keguguran namun tiada bukti resit daripada hospital.
